We collect the business, contact, and address details needed to provide registered-agent service.

How we use information

We use information to process your order, provide service, communicate about notices, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers and registered-agent service partners only as needed to provide the service or comply with law.

Visitor analytics

We use PostHog to understand page visits, traffic sources, service-button clicks, checkout progress, and completed purchases. It uses a random browser identifier stored for the browser session. We send the service state, whether a business is forming or existing, and purchase amount, but do not send your contact information or answers from order fields.

We also use masked session recordings on storefront pages to understand navigation and checkout friction. Inputs, page text, and element attributes are masked; review details are blocked. We exclude order-status, receipt, account, and staff pages from recording. Recordings do not include clipboard contents, console messages, or request bodies, and analytics excludes private order-link tokens and raw query strings. Stripe's hosted payment page is not recorded by CivicNest.

We do not load PostHog when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also disable this visitor analytics in this browser using the button below. The choice is saved in your browser; clearing browser storage resets it. This choice does not change the separate Google Ads purchase tag or payment processing.
