Appointment and consent
You appoint United States Corporation Agents, Inc. to act as your registered agent in the selected state, and consent to that appointment.
Services and no legal advice
The registered agent receives qualifying notices at the listed address and forwards them through the service. CivicNest and the registered agent do not provide legal advice.
Customer duties
You must keep contact information current and respond promptly to mail notices and requests we send.
Fees and annual renewal
Your first-year service fee and the disclosed state filing fee are charged at checkout. Service renews annually at the then-current price until you cancel.
Cancellation and resignation
You may cancel as described at checkout. A registered-agent resignation may require proof of a replacement agent or business dissolution.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to fees paid for the affected service.
Governing law
California law governs this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
